Cecilia Ronderos |
| the co-founder of the organization and the true backbone of the company. She is the Event and Marketing Director. Her love for Mexico, its heritage, beauty and its people, is her inspiration to assists Canadians to access a positive cross-cultural living or retirement experience. Cecilia is bilingual, gifted in cross-cultural communication and passionate about Mexican heritage interpretation. She earned degrees in Tourism Management, Counseling, Marketing and Communications. She has worked in the travel and tourism industries for more than 15 years. Cecilia brings her professional experience, education and her expertise to every Winter/Retire Seminar and Exhibition. |

Michael Berend |
| a co-founder and Director of C2M consulting. Michael earned a degree in Hotel Management at Ryerson University in Toronto and was actively involved in the hospitality and tourism industry for a decade before moving into sales and marketing. An accomplished entrepreneur, Michael has had at least one company on the go since 1968 and has been consulting to new companies for the last seven years. |

Christina Stobbs |
| the Editor of our monthly Newsletter. She lived in Vancouver, British Columbia for most of her adult life until most recently moving to Mexico with her husband and best friend Robert, and their dog and cat. Christina's passions include travel, photography, reading, and any activity associated with water. Christina is currently residing in the town of Rincon de Guayabitos in the state of Nayarit. She will be sharing their adventures with us in her monthly column called "Pursuing the Dream" and hopes that her story will inspire others with similar dreams. |
