Cecilia Ronderos

Cecilia Ronderos, Is the co-founder of the organization and the true backbone of the company. She is the Event and Marketing Director. Her love for Mexico, its heritage, beauty and its people, is her inspiration to assists Canadians to access a positive cross-cultural living or retirement experience. Cecilia is bilingual, gifted in cross-cultural communication and passionate about Mexican heritage interpretation. She earned degrees in Tourism Management, Counseling, Marketing and Communications. She has worked in the travel and tourism industries for more than 15 years. Cecilia brings her professional experience, education and her expertise to every Winter/Retire Seminar and Exhibition
